I don't have a partner. Do I need a partner to register?

During the registration process and after you pick a starting time, you will be given the choice to "Find My Partner".  The probability of finding a partner increases as registration approaches tournament day.  We will also promote single walk-in opportunities just prior to the start date.  If we can't find a partner for you, we will refund the registration fee on or within 7 days after tournament the day.

My membership discount code didn't work. What now?

1) Passwords are case sensitive; 2) Sometimes passwords are intentionally misspelled, please verify spelling of the password vs. your shopping cart checkout entry; 3) Discount codes change every few days or weeks depending on volume. If you are registering some time after you were emailed a discount code, email [email protected] and ask for a new discount code; 4) Another option is to register for the tournament without the discount, and then on tournament day, Fresno Area Pickleball can verify membership and refund the membership discount amount.

How do I determine my skill rating?

Most tournaments are Round Robin format, which encourages a social experience while maintaining a competitive edge. Simply rate yourself and go for it!

What is a Round Robin format?

It's a format where whether singles or doubles, everybody meets and plays over 6 games (in most cases). In singles, you change partners in every game, so like Forrest Gump once said, "Life's like a box of chocolates, yah never know what you're gonna get." In doubles, you keep your partner in every game, so like Ricky Bobby once said, "If you're not first, your last!" Round Robin tournaments usually end with a series of playoffs.

What do I get if I win?

Admiration of the Fresno Area Pickleball community for years and years to come. Plus, the top three champions take home the finest gold, silver, and bronze plated plastic that a semi-professional pickleball player can imagine!
